Refund / Return Policy

Milemon Trade primarily serves wholesale and business buyers for moving bags, packing bags, vacuum storage bags, and related sourcing services. Because many orders are bulk, custom-made, or sourced on request, this policy differs from standard retail return policies. Please review it carefully before placing an order.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Refund / Return Policy applies to wholesale bag products, custom manufacturing projects, sample orders, and sourcing or procurement services arranged through Milemon Trade.

- Custom / OEM / private label orders
- Sample orders
- Sourcing, procurement, and supplier matching services
2. Returns for In-Stock Wholesale Products
We accept return or refund requests for in-stock wholesale products only when the wrong item was shipped, the product arrived damaged, the product has a clear manufacturing defect, or the goods do not materially match the confirmed order specifications.
Return or refund requests for eligible in-stock products must be submitted within 7 calendar days after delivery.

- Product photos and/or videos
- Outer carton photos
- Shipping label photos
- A brief written description of the issue
- Returned items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition unless the issue was caused by confirmed damage, defect, or shipping error from our side
3. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless they were defective or shipped in error by Milemon Trade.
- Custom-made or personalized products
- OEM / private label / logo-printed products
- Products made to buyer-requested size, color, material, packaging, or specifications
- Approved pre-production samples
- Opened, used, damaged, or altered goods not caused by us
- Clearance or final sale items
- Sample fees, development fees, and tooling fees
- Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and expedited handling charges
- Sourcing, inspection, factory visit, supplier coordination, and other service fees already incurred
4. Custom / OEM / Private Label Orders
For custom, OEM, or private label orders, deposits are generally non-refundable once artwork has been approved, materials have been purchased, production has started, or packaging customization has begun.
Because these goods are made specifically for the buyer, they usually cannot be returned for resale. If a custom order has a confirmed manufacturing defect or does not materially match the approved specifications, Milemon Trade may decide to remake the goods, provide replacement goods, or issue a full or partial refund.
5. Sourcing / Procurement Services
Service fees, consultation fees, sample-purchase fees, inspection fees, supplier coordination fees, and similar charges are non-refundable once the work has started.
If a sourcing order is cancelled before sourcing work, sample purchase, supplier payment, or factory coordination begins, Milemon Trade may issue a full or partial refund at its discretion. If third-party supplier payments have already been made, any refund is limited to the actual recoverable amount from the supplier.
6. Sample Orders
Sample fees are generally non-refundable. If Milemon Trade has explicitly agreed in writing that a sample fee will be credited toward a future bulk order, that credit will only apply to the qualifying bulk order confirmed in writing.
7. Shipping Damage, Shortage, or Missing Items
Any shipping damage, carton damage, shortage, or missing items must be reported within 3 calendar days after delivery. Please keep all packaging materials and provide clear photos and/or videos for claim review.
Failure to report within this period may affect our ability to recover losses from the carrier, warehouse, or supplier, and may affect whether the claim can be accepted.
8. Return Authorization
Do not send any item back without prior written approval from Milemon Trade. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused and may not be eligible for refund.
9. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our confirmed shipping error, wrong shipment, or confirmed product defect, Milemon Trade will arrange a reasonable solution, which may include return shipping reimbursement, replacement, or refund.
If the return is requested for reasons not caused by us, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, taxes, handling fees, and related bank charges.
10. Restocking / Handling Fee
For approved non-defective returns of in-stock items, Milemon Trade reserves the right to charge a restocking or handling fee of up to 20% of the product value.
11. Refund Method and Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refund timing may vary depending on the payment provider, bank processing time, supplier recovery timeline, and whether the returned goods have been received and inspected.
12. Order Cancellation
In-stock orders may be cancelled before shipment. If payment has already been processed, a refund may be issued after deducting any non-recoverable transaction, handling, or banking fees where permitted.
For custom, OEM, private label, or sourcing orders, cancellation may not be possible once artwork approval, material procurement, sourcing work, sample purchase, or production has started, and deposits or incurred charges may not be refundable.
13. Delayed Shipment
If Milemon Trade is unable to ship within the promised or confirmed timeframe, we will notify the buyer as soon as reasonably possible. The buyer may choose to accept the revised shipping schedule or cancel the unshipped portion of the order for a refund where applicable.
14. Wholesale / Business Orders
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the products and services offered by Milemon Trade are intended primarily for wholesale and business purchase. Business buyers are expected to review samples, specifications, packaging details, and shipping terms carefully before confirming bulk production.
15. Written Confirmation Controls
All product specifications, customization details, packaging requirements, delivery timelines, and after-sales arrangements are subject to final written confirmation by email, invoice, quotation, or order confirmation issued by Milemon Trade.
16. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory rights that may apply under applicable law. Where local law gives the customer non-waivable rights, those rights will prevail.
