Returns & Claims Policy

Milemon Trade primarily serves wholesale and business buyers across selected product categories. Because many orders are bulk, custom-made, or sourced on request, this policy differs from standard retail return policies. Please review it carefully before placing an order.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Returns & Claims Policy applies to products and orders arranged through Milemon Trade, including:

  • In-stock wholesale products
  • Bulk product orders
  • Custom packaging orders
  • OEM, private label, or logo-printed products
  • Sample orders
  • Damage, shortage, wrong-item, or product-quality claims

2. Order Confirmation Before Production or Shipment

Before production or shipment, Milemon Trade will confirm the key order details with the buyer, including product specifications, quantity, color, size, material, packaging requirements, logo or artwork details, shipping method, and delivery information.

For custom packaging, private label, logo printing, or made-to-order products, production will begin after the order details are confirmed.

3. Returns for In-Stock Wholesale Products

For in-stock wholesale products, return or refund requests may be accepted when:

  • The wrong item was shipped
  • The product arrived damaged
  • The product has a clear manufacturing defect
  • The goods do not materially match the confirmed order specifications

4. Return or Claim Time Limit

Return or claim requests for eligible in-stock products should be submitted within 7 calendar days after delivery.

5. Information Required for Claims

To help us review the issue, please provide:

  • Order number or order reference
  • Clear product photos and/or videos
  • Outer carton photos
  • Shipping label photos
  • A brief written description of the issue

6. Return Condition

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition unless the issue was caused by confirmed damage, defect, or shipping error from our side.

7. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless they were defective or shipped in error by Milemon Trade.

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • OEM / private label / logo-printed products
  • Products made to buyer-requested size, color, material, packaging, or specifications
  • Approved pre-production samples
  • Opened, used, damaged, or altered goods not caused by us
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Sample fees, development fees, and tooling fees
  • Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and expedited handling charges

8. Custom / OEM / Private Label Orders

For custom packaging, private label, logo printing, or made-to-order products, deposits are generally non-refundable once artwork has been approved, materials have been purchased, production has started, or packaging customization has begun.

Because these goods are made specifically for the buyer, they usually cannot be returned for resale. If a custom order has a confirmed manufacturing defect or does not materially match the approved specifications, Milemon Trade may decide to remake the goods, provide replacement goods, or issue a full or partial refund.

9. Sample Orders

Sample fees are generally non-refundable. If Milemon Trade has explicitly agreed in writing that a sample fee will be credited toward a future bulk order, that credit will only apply to the qualifying bulk order confirmed in writing.

10. Shipping Damage, Shortage, or Missing Items

Any shipping damage, carton damage, shortage, or missing items must be reported within 3 calendar days after delivery. Please keep all packaging materials and provide clear photos and/or videos for claim review.

Failure to report within this period may affect our ability to recover losses from the carrier, warehouse, or supplier, and may affect whether the claim can be accepted.

11. Return Authorization

Do not send any item back without prior written approval from Milemon Trade. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused and may not be eligible for refund.

12. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our confirmed shipping error, wrong shipment, or confirmed product defect, Milemon Trade will arrange a reasonable solution, which may include return shipping reimbursement, replacement, or refund.

If the return is requested for reasons not caused by us, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, taxes, handling fees, and related bank charges.

13. Refund Method and Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refund timing may vary depending on the payment provider, bank processing time, supplier recovery timeline, and whether the returned goods have been received and inspected.

14. Wholesale / Business Purchase

Unless otherwise stated in writing, the products and services offered by Milemon Trade are intended primarily for wholesale and business purchase.

Business buyers are expected to review product specifications, samples, packaging details, MOQ, lead time, and shipping terms carefully before confirming bulk production or shipment.

15. Written Confirmation Controls

Product specifications, customization details, packaging requirements, delivery timelines, payment terms, and after-sales arrangements are subject to final written confirmation by email, invoice, quotation, proforma invoice, or order confirmation issued by Milemon Trade.

16. Mandatory Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory rights that may apply under applicable law.

Where local law gives the buyer or customer non-waivable rights, those rights will apply.
